Wow I'm just 15 more days to be 1 year on medications, just 2 weeks+ to go. Then 63 more days to be 1 year out of ward, then I'm going to stop the countdown maybe 1 day.
Yesterday I had a long sleep and it's not really a beautiful sleep, it's really boring my life experience, I woke up at 12a.m and 2a.m to go to toilet. I forgot my dreams too, it was not a nice feeling in my heart during the dream.
